On December 2nd we will open a new medical center in Eixample - Sants.
UPCOMING OPENING
We are very proud to announce the opening of a new medical center in Barcelona. The new center is located in the center of l'Eixample, specifically in Urgell street, very close to Hospital Clínic and Pl. Espanya.
Here, you will be able to renew or obtain any type of driving license or obtain a gun license, PPP license or dangerous dogs or specific titles such as the PER.
In Centre Mèdic Fòrum we have a total of 4 medical centers, 3 of them are located in Barcelona city and another one in the Canary Islands, more specifically in Lanzarote. Thanks to this, we offer a personalized and closer service to our patients, ensuring speed and efficiency in our psychophysical fitness reports required to obtain or renew the driving license in Barcelona or any other type of license. As for the team, we are very proud to have efficient professionals who offer quality services and give an excellent treatment to our patients.
If you need to come to our center, you can do it through the metro L5 (Hospital Clínic or Entença stops) and/or L1 (Urgell). If you need to renew your driving license, you can visit us without the need to make an appointment, or if you prefer you can book through our contact form or simply call us at 93 168 24 29.
